I currently have two accounts. One was made with my retail CD-Key, one was made with my pre-order CD-Key. Is my pre-order key going to become useless come tomorrow?

Well ouch, that sucks. :shock: It said I couldn't use my key with my pre-order account, though...

Tomarrow, you can still use your pre-ordered account.

I don't see why you cannot override your current key, with the retail.

You did go to the "edit account" button, correct?

I went to "Edit Account" and tried to apply my retail code. It said that my pre-order code was entitled to everything that came with the retail code. So, it wouldn't let me apply my retail code.

I went and made an entirely new account with my retail code. Then I was worried that my pre-order account would be de-activated. :x

I am having a problem simalir to that. I made an acount for BWE with the pre order key. And then I got into alpha and make an alpha acount, and now I put my retail key under my alpha acount and cant get my pre order key onto it, I want my special item and my glowy hands :P

Sounds like you both made two accounts. Unfortunately, there is no way to link the two together.

So now I have a level 16 I can't play because of issues on Arena.net's behalf. :cry: Oh well, I submitted the issue, hopefully they can fix it.
