Selling black dyes

Trying to sell a couple of black dyes that my couple of friends found (those bastards!). We're all only a week into the game so I don't know exactly the price. But I see some trying to sell for 10k some for 5k and I've read that prices fluctuate alot.
So.. my questions are, what should I sell it for today if I'm to get a fair deal and do any of you wanna buy?

Check out what the dye traders are selling it for, and what other chars are (usually there fairly abundant) and sell accordingly. It depends on how much lower you want to go then the traders, but I commonly see 60-80% ish. Of course there are the few people who try and sell higher than the trader, but good look with that!

Well the trader is almost 14k and I see people going down to 8k. Trying to sell for 10k at the moment. Someone offered 5silver dyes and when I declined he said 6. But I'm after the money. Aaanyways, thanks for the help.

Many rumors regarding the Black Dye, as it is no longer being offered by dye traders. Anyone know of anything "official"?

I heard rumor that early the other morning the price of Black Dye mysteriously dropped to 1K each at the Dye Trader and they were all quickly bought up. Now there are none in stock.

Thats true, was there just as it happened around 3:30 am est. Bought up some while the gettin was good until they sold out.

I was in Henge of Denravi when it happened and only had enough money on the character that was there to get 5 of them at 1.3 plat a peice, however there were a few people there who claimed to have bought upwards of 50 until the vendor sold out. The time in which the price dropped and the time in which they sold out was about a window of 2.5 minutes, or I likely would have got more. Now some people will hold them hostage until the rates raise up considerably.

Dude.. I found a black dye, and sold it yesterday for 7k. Personally.. I won't buy it for 7k, but... others do.. don't know why, but they do.
