Hi all I am new to guild wars and was waondering if it is viable to have just a single proffesion. Do I realy need to split my skill points between two proffesions or can I just concentrate on the one?

I am at the moment on quests to try out various skills from other trainers but still feel like I would preffer a pure necromancer.

YOu can focus on one, nothing makes you use skills from both proffesions. I do suggest however that you at least take a Monk secondary so you can carry a reusable rez skill as it is just so handy.
