Mistake in Necro skill list?

Offering of Blood ELITE (Spell) Sacrifice 10 max Health. You gain 8..18 Energy.

I was thinking that this skill sounded way to good. Is "Sacrifice 10 max Health" a mistake? Is it supposed to be, by any chance, "Sacrifice 10% max Health" ?

If you use this skill, can you fight something, and post the health lost, out of total haelth, and energy gained?

It is 10%. It used to be 14-43 health till March BWE. Then they fixed sacrifices as percentages.

think it was removed caus ei dont see in at the homepage anymore either, but it really doesnt matter, from what i saw a lot of stuff had changed now
