Missed attack skills

Do skills like spirit of failure and price of failure stack? Like, do they have a 50% chance to miss if they have both hexes on them? And does that stack with blindness, so that if they were blinded and had spirit of failure on them, would they be gaurenteed to miss?

Price of Failure
(Hex Spell) For 30 seconds, target foe has a 25% chance to miss with attacks and takes 6..25 [32] damage whenever that foe fails to hit in combat.

(Hex Spell) For 30 seconds, target foe has a 25% chance to miss with attacks. You gain 1..4 [5] Energy whenever that foe fails to hit in combat.

Yes, they do stack. It also stacks with Blind.

But you will NOT get 140% chance to miss, it doesn't stack like that.

It means that there is a 1/4 Chance for the hexes to cause a missed attack.
And there is a 9/10 chance for Blind to cause a missed attack.

So there is a VERY small chance that you could get hit, but it is very unlikely. I know because I use this combo w/ Ranger traps to tank and kill warriors easily. Use this combo + flame trap + barb trap. It kills groups of warriors really fast.

Let me see if I understand. The game will apply each hex and condition seperatly? Like it checks to see if the attack misses for one hex, then if it dosnt miss because of that hex, it checks for the next one, and then blindness? Sweet, I might have to change up my build a bit.

More or less. It is not really checking one, then other, then the other. All happen at the same time, and if any of them activate as a "miss" then the attack misses. It only takes 1 to activate to cause a miss.

But yes, it is awesome.
