Not sure what to call this build.. maybe one of you guys can come up with a catchy name for it. Like the war/mez build I posted earlier its main this is dmg viz Fragility.. but I think it works a little better with ranger then it dose with war. And not so hard on mana eather.. well should not be. Rember no in game experince yet just info I can round up from you guys.

for the next 18 sec When target foe is effect or recovers from condistions
they take 28 dmg
Melandra's Arrow
For the next 18 sec all your arrows cause bleeding for 3 sec and do 8 dmg to those under the effect of enchantments.
Dmg is ... (16/3)5x2(x28)=280 dmg over 18 sec for 20 mana
This is not considering the dmg from the arrows them self or the 8 dmg if they have enhancements on or from what dmg the bleeding its self would cause. this is also assuming that im able to reapply the bleeding as it breaks every 3 secs. I should be able to apply it atleast 4xs which would be 224 dmg

Stance that gives me 75% evasion to melee, each hit evaded drains 1 mana and the stance its self drains 5 mana every 5 secs
For the melee guys who manage to get too close.
Drain Enhancement
Removes enhancement from foe and applys it to me for 20 sec. Gain 20 energy
For those guys buffed really well and I gain the effect of the buff and 5 energy above what I spent
Savage Shot
If Savage Shot hits, your target's action is interrupted. If that action was a spell, you strike for 13..25 damage
General frustration to people useing skills and spells
Ethreal burden
For 10 seconds, target foe moves 50% slower than normal. When Ethereal Burden ends, you gain 10..20 Energy.
To try and keep distance between me and Target.
Arcane Echo
If you cast a spell in the next 10..26 seconds, Arcane Echo is replaced with that spell for 20 seconds.
to help Fragility stick if there is Hex removal invilved and If target is using a lot of enhancements to remove them as well. And maybe for Eathreal Burden if I think I can manage to keep distance between me and target, if so thats 20 secs of 50% movement and +10 energy.

All and all seems like it would work. But there is room for improvement with the support skills im sure. Alright .. let me know how much of a noob I am =)
