Divinity Coast error

If anyone can assist me with advice, I'm receiving a "serious error" when I do the Divinity Coast mission. Guild Wars shuts down and I receive the gump that tells me to send the error report to Arena net. The error is only described as a "serious error."

I didn't see any mention of this on the Guild Wars support site; any advice would be appreciated.

I got this quest to work with a reboot and disabling my virus scanner. Not sure if those acts actually had anything to do with the crashes, but I went through 4 crashes on the quest prior to taking these actions, then it went fine after.
