White Dye?

I seen a guy in ascalon trying to sell a recipe for making white dye. He claims it only works for rangers and eles.

Has anyone else heard of this?

No, and I certainly would not pay anyone making such a claim.

White dye would be great though, and I frittered away many a dye trying to create such an effect on my necromancer ( without success ).

the cloests you can get is mixing some yellow with silver and then add silver to that mix again. this is just my theory.

The real recipe to making white dye is 3 silvers + 1 yellow dye. It doesn't really look like white dye when mixed, but when added to a "certain" armor, it will look exactly like white dye. Certain armor have their own effects when it comes to dyes. That's why I personally think that it'd be best if we could actually customize our own colored dyes and set it to our own personal needs, making customization something similar when making a cape. Not only that, but we could also apply it to our armor and see how it looks like before we even buy the dye (applying before buying would be nice when settling with buying armor as well).

White dye works, just like all other dye it works on anything

here's how you make white dye:

-Buy 1 silver, 2 dye remover

use the first dye remover on the piece of armor* you want to dye. then mix Sivler with the other dye remover. The mixture will look kind of pink, but its actually white dye.. just dye it on ur armor it will come out white. It dont' work very well with monk armor.

For my monk, I used 3 silver and one yellow. Armor is as white as milk now.

Well, I understand where you are coming from on this one.

Along time ago (A month or 2) ago, I made a topic on white and gold dye being entered into the game.
