I cant find the hall of heroes for my guild how do i get there ?

The Hall of Heros is reached when you win a number of battles at the Tombs...

You'll hold the Hall of Hero's as long as you beat any challenging teams. Also, if you decide you've had enough of the tombs for the evening and leave, then you've left the Hall Of Hero's.

To reach the Hall of Hero's again, you'll have to start again at the Tombs, and beat a number of other teams :)

The Hall of Heroes is the final battle in the worldwide tournament in the Tomb of the Primeval Kings. As you win in each round in the Tombs, you progress closer and closer to the center, where the final map is. 8)

how do i start those battle with my guild to get to the hall of heroes?

You'll need to reach ascention...you be able to go to the Tombs after such...and team up with others to battle it out in PvP (woot!).
