Pvp questions

Ok, I've been playing the game for a while, but i'm still hazy on guild vs. guild play.
My first question is, how does a guild get a guild hall?
My second is, how many people are on a team in guild battles?
My last question is, what kind of pvp things are there? Is it just tournys, or can you challenge other guilds to matches and things like that.
