I found the boots in the crypt area and the leggings at Fort Ranik, but where do I find the collector who has the Tunic and the Gloves?

Leggings - Regent Vally by the Ranger and Tamer.
Boots - The Crypt Area near the necromancer trainer close to the Abby.
Halburk - Lakeside Country by the bridge to regent Vally
Bracers - Lakeside Country near the worm farm by the merchant.
