R/MO Advice Please

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me with a PvE R/MO, mostly Ranger skills though....or actually, the type that owns and can fight alone easily.

ignite arrows would be a start, maybe some traps too, that would make for good AoE, troll unguent to heal yourself, and a pet could help you with solo

Kindle Arrows uses half the energy of Ignite Arrows. Also does more damage.

ignite arrows is AoE which makes it much for important in PvE

Either can be good depending on what ur aiming for.

This is the main Char i play for PvE - lemme explain it to you as i havent seen anyone really do yet.

For your Ra/Mo to be effective in PvE you really need to be able to interrupt, run like hell and spread the lack of power to a group.

The most effective killing build ive found -

Troll
Whirling
Ignite
dual
hunters
predatory season (heals for 5 on hit)
Barrage* / Debilitating
distracting

this build works well and as long as you set down PS u have no health issues normally in combo with Troll -

If you are looking for a monster runner/get the hell outta here build (real handy in desert for making outposts)

Now if u wanna think about a pet- I have one that really kicks @ss and chews gum- and when you add in a few beast skills they can do a good amount of damage, seeing how that is one of the rangers bigger problems you may want to drag a pet along with you - in any build except the runner
i recco dropping your 3 least used/most expensive arrow attacks, throw in a good prep and charm, comfort, feral, and go with it. see what you think
