Ranger / Elementalist

I was just wondering what skills i would use in pve. and maybe any info on if this build is good for pvp and what skills to use in that. ive been told its good in pve.

if you are a ranger prime generally you will want to look at using low energy cost skills. but since you are an elementalist as well you can use the glyph of energy or glyph of lesser energy to use some of the high energy cost ele skills.. what attributes were you lookin at in particular?
