Leggings - Regent Vally by the Ranger and Tamer.
Boots - The Crypt Area near the necromancer trainer close to the Abby.
Halburk - Lakeside Country by the bridge to regent Vally
Bracers - Lakeside Country near the worm farm by the merchant.
Helment - As far as I know there isn't one, but it MAY be behind some grape vinds in Lakeside Country or in the fishing village around Wizard's Folly.
