Where to fond a skill

I started a second character a mo/w, i noticed that everywhere i go people are looking for monks to go with them to do quests and missions. where or when can i get the monk skill to res someone more than once

You can pick up ressurect by either doing a quest in ascalon or buying it in Yak's bend.

Im pretty sure rebirth is in Amnoon oasis.

You have to go to Grazden the Protector, who is SouthEast of Sardelac Sanitarium. There he'll give you some quests to do, which you will receive Monk skills for. After you complete those quests, go back to him again and he'll give you another quest which will include "Resurrect" as the reward.
