This is not an "I hate Anet" thread just some things to be addressed.

1. Earthshaker - I don't care what all my wonderful guildies say I think it's still bugged - it wont work while your blind. How is earthshaker (which does NOT target and enemy or even HIT an enemy) conditional on being able to "hit the ground." Go blind a Tundra Giant and see what happnes when he pounds the ground. How is this any different than lava font, symbol of wrath, etc. (yes moo i know those are spells but they are both still AoE) :)

2. Aroborstone - Oh man! 8 times I ran this mission and the last 3 times in a row Danika just stood in the middle of the room casting Blood of zu Heltzer till the cows come home. I'm refering to after the large room towards the end of mission not when you first get the Urn.
Some people say "you gotta kill all the other guys and the warrior boss last." Well I've now done it both ways and still no success. I know how to do 2 things in guild wars - kill stuff with my beat down hammer, and run away. Here's a screen shot of what happens - she just stands there casting that spell and the door doesn't open.

3. Henchies. I know people scream a lot about this but I've gotten pretty used to them. Yes I know how to control henchies pretty well and have come to expect random acts of "what were they thinking," but please address the new henchies in factions.
a- only one healer is avaliable on most missions - and these are really hard missions which is great but gotta have more heal/prot support
b- Rezing - Countless times since the release I've been the only one dead and spamming "i am dead" like mad with no result. Yes the Ritualist and the Healer were both alive and everyone else is at good health, but no one rezes me.
c - Healing - Every now and then it seems the healer (either jamei or the other) just wont do anything. I'll take the aggro and pull and be the only one taking damage. It wont be a spike just constant damage all the way to zero. Maybe I'm not pretty enough :)

Love the game and really loving factions so far. I know you guys are busy and good luck!

The only bug I have had so far is in the "Charting the Forest" quest. There is a point that cannot be reached without passing through an outpost. Sadly, passing through the outpost resets the quest.

1k/skill
no skill quest barring a handfull of skills
one ticked off STINGER

Not Priceless........

Not sure why ANet has choosen to go to the purchasing of skills instead of quests and not at least doing both but it really irritates me. Could of at least gave more with quests.......

Henchmen need some work like Finch mentioned. They also get lost from partys switching districts or entering zones again. Many times these Healers will simply watch you die.

Alliance Wars: Need some sort of warning that the freaking line has shifted so you dont stand there forever waiting.

Had/heard of SEVERAL "code 007" last nite in Alliance Battles.

So far though I think I have found less issues with this release than the first one, things seem more finished although that could be because I am not in testing and knwing more than I know now.

N.B. This post refers to an end-of-story element, so read on at your discretion !

My main bug / design-flaw at the moment : henchpersons & Celestial skills.

There was some flaws the first time I finished Factions, but recent skill-set / logic upgrades have made them significantly less effective. Thank goodness I finished it when they were still quite good. 8)

By profession :

* Warrior - Uses Celestial skill only when outnumbered. This is very smart for the penultimate mission but absolutely useless against lonely old Shiro. As of the current build, they will never use this skill in the finale. :(

* Ranger & Mesmer - Both tend to use their Celestial skill as soon as they encounter any enemies at all.

* Monk - I have never actually noticed this Celestial skill in use, but it is clearly not being used correctly because it's power is spectacular. They must either be using it as soon as anyone is hurt or just never at all.

* Ritualist - Almost as trigger happy as Rangers & Mesmers, good for Shiro but usually not wise enough to reach serious opposition in the palace.

* Elementalist - I have not noticed their Celestial skill much either, and certainly never against Shiro.

* Necromancer - Curiously, I see their Celestial Skill against Shiro 100% of the time but never during the penultimate mission. I Have no theory as to why this is.

* Assasin - I have never noticed this skill in use, which is probably not a good sign.

Henchperson use of these skills could really do with being tweaked e.g. use only when encounter a boss. Perhaps some henchpersons are simply not given these skills at all ( in which case this is a clear bug ) ?

As it stands, one player parties other than primary Warrior & primary Elementalist are getting an unnecessarily harsh experience.

I just found a real life 100% certain bug ! 8)

During the The Halcyon Job quest, only a minority of the quest enemies ( inside the ' guild hall ' ) fight back. The rest are hostile but just stand motionless as you vanquish them.

Arborstone and The Halcyon Job were fixed in the latest update. Good job Anet. :D
