Guild Wars requires the TCP\IP & UDP Port: 6112 to be fully unrestricted and accessible inbound and out. If you are connecting to Guild Wars while on a Campus or Business Network, please consult your Network's Administrator to verify that this Port is available. If you are on a home LAN (Local Area Network) or behind a Router, please make sure you Network's hardware is properly configured.

That's one of the games......do all of them require 6112?

There really shouldn't be necessary to set anything in the routers, as long as the server aint connecting to you, which it does not. My setup Blocks any attempt on port 6112 in. But the game runs fine.

Guild Wars requires the TCP\IP Port: 80 & 6112 for TCP and UDP to be fully unrestricted and accessible inbound and out. You will also need to disable the "Port Triggering" in the router settings. If this works then you should try disabling uPnP on your router or you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the software for your router as well. Also, you may need to update the firmware for your router or the router could be faulty.
This is Direct from GW TS! Hope this Helps
MMmm???!!!!! cant really understand why you need to manually open up any ports on a netgear router had mine years Since alpha/beta testing guildwars with the KT, never needed to open up ports!!! i agree u might have a naf firmware on your router.
