The blue one is an Ep III Lightsaber. The red one is an Ep V Lightsaber. I consider myself a Star Wars fan, but I'll stick to the books. (a lot cheaper :P)

My bad...your right, they look very similar, but mine is Lukes Ep V saber not Ani's Ep III one shown. On that note must say the new Sidious saber is quite kickin http://masterreplicas.com/customer/starwars/starwars_product_detail.php?pid=8458

Of the prequel sabers though have to say I like Windu's the best.

I collect figures, legos, posters, etc... you can say I'm a real SW freak and have been since I was 5 or so.

Question though, Luke's first lightsaber is the one he recieves from his father, so wouldn't the episode III Anakin blade and the episode V Luke blade be the same one?

Technically it should be that way within the SW universe (as you quoted they look very similar) but Master Replicas has released previous force fx sabers for the OT and first two prequels prior to releasing the episode 3 stuff. Consider it a rehash of a older model for the new movie.

that just doesn't make sense to me. It doesn't matter who owned it, its the same lightsaber. Why make two different replicas of the exact same saber.

Looking at that site Nat originally posted its a spelling error on their part... notice in the picture it says Luke EpV but in the description it says EpIII so that is the same saber I have..
