what do you guys think, i started another character and thought about this combo. if i wanted to be a ranger that could do damage and be supportive of a team would this be any good. could you think of something else?

R/Me's are often times more focused on damage and interruption than support. They take advantage of both the ranger and mesmer spells to give the monks a real hard time. If support is your concern the R/Mo can play a very interegal part to a team as condition/hex removal. R/E's can take a defensive role using earth to keep wards up around healers and slowing people using ward against foes in choke points. R/N's can help out a team, albeit a little less effectively using defensive wells around newly made corpses, they can also take enchants off much like the mesmer to help bring down monks and buffed targets.

The ranger is a very impressive class, even using only its own skills it can morph to fit nearly any role, the key is finding the balance between damage and support your comfortable with playing.
