Exp bar frozen and error code013 when I log in?

Hi, I wonder if anyone can help or has had the same thing happen. My level bar seems to be stuck, it hasn't moved for ages now (about half way on level 16), and today when I tried to log in I got an error code 013. Any ideas what this could be or how I fix it? Thanks

You need to contact A-net support, they should be able to help. There is a link to them on the log in screen.
