I wonder if anyone could please tell me where abouts in Cantha I can buy the Nightstalker's armor for the Assassin?

Well nightstalker's armor is available in many places, and many different looks. It is available in Imperial, Exotic, Luxon, Kurzick, as well as the 15k variants of those. So really it depends on what look you are after for your character.. Probably the first places to get nightstalker armor after the island would be bukdek byway for imperial armor or wajjun bazaar for exotic armor.. Hope that helps.
