I know this has been hashed out before, I am having a hard time finding builds that work past Koss and Drunkoro or I should say W/M builds.

I have found as some other sites state as well the hero's all will try to ressurect the same person at the same times as well as remove Preps as often as they can. This is becoming trouble some with some of the Ranger and Ele builds...

Does anyone have any tips or hints on Skill Order of Placement or general successful builds for Dervishes,Ele and Rangers ? In particular

Melonni
Margrid
Shadowhoof

The Rangers do great with Barrage Builds and you might as well add a Pet. If you want pets look up how to raise them to the kind you want.

Barrager/Savage/Distracting/Pet Rez/Charm/Rez/Open/Open

YOu can tailor the two open skills for the area you go to. If there are alot of enchanted fues like Dervs then Melandrus Assult is great, I like Call of Haste also. If you have weak pets like Hearty then consider Poisonous Bite or Scavengers IIRC to get Bleeding or Poison. YOu can also go with arrow buffs if you want......Conjures + Matching elemental bow, or Judges Insight, or Heart of Holy Flame as it turns all damage to Holy which works well vs Margonites and undead foes.

The Rangers should be interrupting they are godly at it and can do it fast and often and really cut down damages. You can use other skills than barrage but I think it fits more situations easier.

Dervs.......

I prefer the Balthzaar Avatar so 50% of the time she is tuff to kill. Skills lik eWatchfull or Faithfull Intervention can help them survive well, and Conviction is pretty nice also. Meditation is worth considering, but if you run enchantments odds are you get energy and not heals........DONT GIVE THEM TOO MANY HEALS....Maybe one Intervention and Conviction. Dervs AI controlled tend to buff befroe battle......meaning the AoE damage from them is wasted 100% unless they rebuff during battles.

Attack skills.......Chilling Victory for sure its just that good. Victorious Sweep is very good also and can give healing. Ermites is nice, and even Wild Blow from the Warrior skills. Wearying Strike is worth doing, but you might consider using it wiht Melandrus Avatar instead. I also really like Wounding Strike {E} but that means no avatar.

I think the key for the Derv AI controlled is avoid too many buffs and give them fast recharging attacks. There is really a TON u can do with a Derv in PvE so dont get frustrated I think its hard to make a really bad one but that also depends on how many skills you have.

The Elly is simple.......

Ward Mellee/Ward Elements 9-10 Earth.....I would put this one him no matter what build you make.

If you get/have Searing Flames {E} that is what you want. It can be capped in several places. Glowing Gaze goes well with it and Liquid Flame or Fireball are nice also. Give him Glyph of Lesser Energy. I usually carry Rez Chant on him also. Meteor is always good also.

If you dont have good Fire skills go all out Earth.....use some big hitters and maybe Echo/Arcane Echo them. Earth has alot of big hitters that arent elites......remember, he is warding so he is always helping even if at times his skills come late or get interrupts.....the Wards are BIG.

Really its not easy to give you builds not knowing what you have available for skills. Is Nightfall all you have?

The key with all the Heros is to try and set them up to match up with what you are using and what Henchmen you are using.

For Instance:

If you use the Paragon Hench, he uses Mending Refrain which reactivates every time a shout or chant ends.......so this is a good time to put shouts on Koss like Watch yourself, or even give them a paragon chant or shout like Go for the Eyes which is actually very good at no attributes and you can use that on anyone like the Derv (but the derv has tons of great skills)

No I have all three chapters available.

Those hints are good enough, I was trying to Wiki some pre made builds and found myself hitting my head against a wall. Using the PVE builds for proffs in Wiki at least for me wasn't being productive.
