Problems with Serial number and getting no help

Hi,
I got an error message as I entered my serial number from my freshly opened security card. (Obviously there's a working keygen in the net.)
I sent a mail to support.plaync.com. They asked me, where I bought the game. So far so good. After sending my response: NOTHING.
So I payed for the game and cannot play after 3 days.

MY ADVICE: FORGET ABOUT GUILDWARS AN SAVE YOUR MONEY

they will get back to you and from every problem like this so far it has always come out fine. make sure you have the code correct because it took me a few tries too, the 8 look a lot like B or whichever it was and such. when they respond to you you just have to show them that you have the reciept or something
