Here's the latest news from the official Guild Wars (http://www.guildwars.com/) website:

"Our Asuran engineers have completed their troubleshooting on the Test Krewe application web form, and it's now back up! Thanks for your patience and understanding while our team did their work. Don't worry, if you've already submitted your application form, you don't have to do it again.

If you're interested in giving new content and balance changes a good run-through before they hit the live servers, head over to our Guild Wars Live Test Krewe application page (http://www.guildwars.com/community/test_krewe) for your chance to become a Test Krewe member!"

I don't think this is for GW2, but I could be wrong. I'm thinking its most likely for more GW content that will help crossover the story/etc. to GW2. None the less new GW stuff on the way!

This is not for GW2! This is to test upcoming balance changes and new content for GW before it hits the LIVE server.

"As a reminder for those interested in becoming a member of the Guild Wars Live Test Krewe, the deadline for submitting applications is this upcoming Tuesday, September 8th. If you haven't submitted your Test Krewe application (http://guildwars.com/community/test_krewe), be sure to do so before then.

Thanks to everyone who has applied! Going through all the applications will take some time, but we'll announce the Test Krewe members as soon as we can. Stay tuned!"

I received my Test Krewe NDA today via email with instructions to send digital signature, plus snail mail original back to Belleview, WA. All done. Next I am to receive test server details from ArenaNET! :D
