weapon question

i preordered the game and when i used the code, it gave me a bow. that bow is currently residing on my first charactor, an elementalist. I now have a ranger and would like to know how can i transfer the preorder bow to my ranger since it is customized for the elementalist? As far as i can remember i didnt customize it at a weapon shop. it was already customized for my char, or i just plain forgot that i did it.

The bow was automatically customized to your first character. However, I thought the pre-order item appeared on all the RP characters you create. I guess it isn't that way? :shock:

i think it did for the first 2 charactors. cant remember since that was awhile and the 2nd char has been long since deleted

All my characters have the Ithas Bow. ANd I have done multiple wipes and remakes... And they still get it.

i just went into the game and verified the cdkey that gives me the bow. Would the fact that i have reloaded my pc since i got the game initially have anything to do with it?

Nope...all data about your chars and account is stored on their server.
