Posting pictures on the forums is always ok, basically you are just linking to a picture already on the 'net somewhere. The cool thing about the KT Gallery is you can upload any picture from your computer, and then you can link to it from here. Some people don't use a website for picture hosting and don't have the ability to share their pics.

Image Shack its free and it works good for screenshots. :P

I was just suggesting the gallery cause it's a little easier on 56k'ers. The thumbnail feature Image Shack uses is nice too.
