Wrong one. This ladder ^ is incorrect. It does not include some of the guilds that made top 20. If you go here you can see the actualy top 20 ladder:

When you used this ladder they had for some reason dropped some of guilds off the ladder. They later finalized the top 20 and readded those guilds to it.
