When & Where to buy Ranger Armor

Is the armor at drokner the best place to buy armor? The best I can get for my money, but not the 15,000g. I've been using my ascalon armor and doing pretty good. Im still lvl 19 actually got there after accepting the 5000xp reward in the UW. We actually took the next 10,000xp quest and made it all the way to the end and died on this bridge an inch away from my favorite green star. Oh ya, what do you think about the armor situation?

Yes, at least as it now stands, droknar armor is the top armor. The other, more expensive armor, it just better looking, and has the same rating as the 1.5K you get at droknar's.

Later if you got money to blow, it is nice to get the better looking armor, but it adds nothing else but bling.
