Warrior/Monk would be your best bet then. As to the build Im not really sure though. I do know where you can get a good guildline to follow for what you would like.

Just look up Guildwars and see what they have listed for that particular Class

Skills:

Sever Artery

Gash

Galrath Slash

Final Thrust

Sprint

Healing Hands

Mending

Restore Life

This is the PvP build and it works great for a PvE build too.. If you don't want to follow it completely.. i would recommend keeping "Healing Hands" as your Elite skill. And keep "Mending".. which you should have on all the time

Also.. Knights armor works very well with this build, as it reduces the damage you take hence making it easier to keep you alive with healing hands and mending

W/Mo is pretty good I have one that I like alot. I find though that healing or maybe protection are really the only useful attributes in this case because warriors have so little energy.
If you wanted to be a smiter for instance then Mo should be a primary skill.

I am not really sure though what we are considering as a Paladin: The arangement of skills or the arrangement of professions.

The names of a build often revolve around the choice of professions
