Elite skills

Just a couple quick questions.

Can one use an Elite skill from his/her second profession? Also, is it only one Elite skill per the eight you choose to take with you?

Yes, you can use an elite skill from your secondary profession. And yes, you can only bring one elite skill with you into a mission out of the eight you choose

1) You can obtain new skills by learning them from skill trainers in towns.

2)You might receive a skill as a reward from completing certain missions.

3)You can capture skills from enemy bosses using a Signet of Capture

4)You can get a skill charm made for you by a friend containing the skill you want.
5)You can "gamble" for skills at certain merchants located throughout Tyria.

yes. You get skills for quests now :D

#4 and #5 have been phased out of Guild Wars. The charm system no longer exists.
