Warrior armour

Anyone did any comparisson?Which is ur favorite and for what purpose?

I like knights because of the cool look and the damage reduction. I tried dragon last beta weekend though, and i liked that because of the high armor rating. Gladiator's is also good for more energy heavy builds.

knights for me. Looks cool and damage reduction. Also mark remember that alot of skills have ignore armour so i dont know if dragons is neciserily better.

different armors are better for different builds,

for me, I'm going Knights for the damage reduction except I'm using stonefist gauntlets for the extra kockdown time... if you're a hammer warrior with a lot of knockdown skills i would also strongly suggest looking into it :)

Stonefist guantlets are a must have for any primary Hammer warrior!

I like the stats of the Ascalon and the Knights sets the best (both are identical) but I like the look of the Platemail the best (especially the helm). 8)

That's funny, b/c i just bought "level 5" Ascalon gear from the crafter Ascalon City. I see "level 10" Ascalon set offered at the other crafter in AC too.

To get the ascolon armor you need fur. I have searched high and low and can't find out what drops or salvages to get this fur. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm pretty sure fur squares are the rare version of hides. So in order to get fur squares, you need to use an Expert salvage kit when salvaging items like those armors that usually yield hides.

yes you can get fur squares from expert salvaging, but there is also a collector in Ascalon City that will give you a Fur Square for 4 charr hides

I use a combination of Knights armor, and Gladiator's. The "pants" and bracers are gladiator, the rest are knights. I get a few extra energy since my secondary is elementalist.

15k dragon's look good 8) but i usually use the armor that reduces damage inflicted on you.. (haven't played on a Warrior for ages.. so forgot the name)
