What skills make up the best shutdown Ranger

Any advice would be aweome!!! My new character is a rang/mes and i want him (Mr Raisuli) to focus on shutdown, distraction type playing. Right know i use choking gas, distracting shot, conscussion shot, savage shot, pin down for my attack skills. i also use storm chaser, toll ungent, and i always carry my rez sig. is there a better combo out there? and would bringing in any mesmer skills benefit the combo than having all ranger skills?

One thing to consider is RTW or Favorable Winds. Faster arrow flight is big for interrupts and not missing especially with Concussion shot.

Looks like you are in good shape. You could look at a ME skill or two if you wanted to but these should do a good job. If you feel a bit to loaded on interrupts you might consider Poison Arrow and "spread the wealth". One place where Poison Arrow can be helpfull is to apply that second condition to go with the Daze from Concussion which eliminates "single" condition removers from removing it in one cast.

Dibilitating shot is a popular one also.

Punishing Shot interrupts a well as supply damage.
