Some monk and warrior tips

I am making my own teambuild and i need some advice on these builds:
Monk-protector
Monk-healer- needs to survive and be versatile(and preety good at healing)
Warrior-damage dealer-preferably spike dmg(i know of hammer and aftershock...any other?)
Any help would be apreciated
