Good Morning all. Hope you are looking forward to the weekend as much as I am. Just had a quick story/props to throw out before I get to work.

I'd like to start by saying this has been the most friendly forum I've ever been on. Ever question I have (and sometimes that's a lot) seems to be answered within an hour let alone same day by different people. But what I really wanted to share with everyone was this.

I posted that I was concerned about my character build and the trouble I was having in the desert. Last night, out of the blue, I was PM'ed by a member of this forum who is also a KT member(he will remain namelss). He asked if I was having trouble and wouldn't mind helping me out. He got me to Thirsty River and helped me finish 2 of the 3 trials for assension. No charge. He stopped to show me that collector named after another KT member. Thought that was neat!

Nearly 2 hours he could have been off doing whatever he wanted but instead came back to help me get through tough spots.

Here's a big salute to the forum and the Knights Templar. If only more players in GW were class acts like that. Hope to see you online line this weekend my new friend.

yes, i've been on it for 3 weeks.. 3 weeks man! never been on a mission this long... Heck i can ascend in 1 week and a half, but this mission needs to get nerfed BAD

i have more then 1 char.. but none has ever beaten thunderhead.. I have made atleast 6 chars... You know just experimenting, and found that a W/Mo was for me

Thunderhead isn't extremly difficult, it just requires a bit more organization at the end than what most pickup groups have.

Thanks for the kind words Gonad. That is exactly the kind of thing that is typical of the Knights Templar, and part of why we are so cautious in bringing in new people. Not everyone will go out of their way to help others like a member of KT will. We try to ensure that anyone who joins feels the same way we do.

If i may i would like to suggest a tactic for Thunderhead keep.After coming to the fortress light the beacons and when the mursat come to attack, group at the king....stay there at all times!No need for balista fire.I did it with 3ppl and a few henchies.

i recomend NOT lighting the beacons though, if you have a hard time on it. only thing you get for doing that, is more monsters to fight and 1000 xp

Well Avenger and I were SOOOO close last night. Died on the last 2 guys (one of which was the big nasty Jade Boss).

Anyone wanna give it a go tonight August 2? I should be on tonight after 6pm. Avenger usually finds me so ask him if your looking for me.

If I could I would stab the king in the face when he charges those mursaats and Jades. Dies in 2 hits. AAARRRGGG. lol

I've made it through thunderhead twice and have a w/mo there who hasn't attempted it yet. But he's an awesome stance-prot tank and I'd be willing to give it a go with you either tonight or this weekend. Just message me IG or on here.

Sorry last night spent four hours in rift...had all the statues and then a patrol came and killed a reaper before we could get to him! :x
