i got a nearly perfect gold hand axe:

Sundering Hand Axe of Defense
6-28 (req 10)
dmg+14% (hp above 50%)-----1% away from max
armor+5----max defense
penetration +10% (7% chance)----aint so great, 3% away from max

since you've been to lions arch, you should know that this axe is worth quite a bit. so if you're interested, post a nice reasonable price and it's yours.

incorrect. clean means it had no upgrades on it. some mods are inherent to the weapon, not caused by an upgrade component. for example, the axe listed above

Sundering Hand Axe of Defense

dmg+14% (hp above 50%)
armor+5
penetration +10% (7% chance)

the penetration +10% (7% chance) is caused by the sundering upgrade. and the armor+5 is causes by the defense upgrade. the +14% is in herent to the axe. you can have a weapon that is just a "Hand Axe" with the dmg+14% (hp above 50%). that would be clean
